Thank you for shopping at Your Winning Cards! We’re based in Riga, Latvia, and we ship our oracle-inspired card decks worldwide with care.
Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Latvian public holidays).
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM EET or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including a tracking number (where available).
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers (such as Latvijas Pasts, DHL, UPS, or equivalent) to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Domestic (Latvia): 1–3 business days
• EU countries: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the World (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.): 7–14 business days (standard), or 4–8 business days (express, additional fee)
Please note: These are estimated times only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or high order volumes. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method.
• We offer free standard shipping on orders over 80 EUR (or equivalent in your currency).
• Below this threshold, standard shipping starts from approximately 4 - 11 EUR (EU) or $12–$25 USD (rest of world).
• Express/priority options are available for faster delivery (extra fee shown at checkout).
International Orders & Customs
For orders outside the EU:
• You (the buyer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by your country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are payable upon delivery.
• We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or declare lower values to avoid customs fees — this is against international regulations.
• We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country has restrictions on printed matter or spiritual items, please check local rules before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
Most shipments include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking link once the package is handed over to the carrier.
Track your order directly via the carrier’s website. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days after shipping confirmation, please contact us.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
• In case of damage or loss, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date) with photos if possible. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
• For lost packages (no tracking updates for 30+ days), we may issue a refund or reship after carrier investigation.
